Fire breaks out at a mountain in Hunnasgiriya
A fire broke out atop a mountain in Hunnasgiriya last night, police said.
Police said that efforts are underway to douse the fire along with area residents and officers of the Hunnasgiriya Wildlife and Forestry Departments.
So far, no casulaties have been reported due to the fire. The cause of the fire too has not been established yet.
Ududumbara Police are investigating further.
