Two fishermen are reported to have gone missing after their boat had capsized in the seas off Pamunuwa.
Another group of fishermen had recovered the toppled boat at around 3:30 pm yesterday (Aug 9).
The missing fishermen have been identified as 53 and 58year old residents of Uswetakeiyawa and Hendala.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
