Formal investiture ceremony to present honourary ranks of Admiral of the Fleet & Marshal of the Air Force to take place today
The formal investiture ceremony to present the honourary rank of Admiral of the Fleet to Retired Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda, former Navy Commander and the honorary rank of Marshal of the Air Force to Retired Air Chief Marshal Roshan Goonetileke will take place today (Sept 19).
The ceremony will be held at the East Terminal of the Colombo Harbour under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena
