Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at PRECIFAC
Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa appeared before the Presidential Commission Investigating Fraud Corruption, Abuse of Power State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) a short while ago.
He was summoned to record a statement on the alleged misuse of airplanes during the former government's regime.
