Four Indian fishermen who engaged in poaching in Sri Lankan territorial waters Northwest of Delft Island were arrested yesterday, Navy said. A fishing trawler used for illegal fishing practices also seized.
The arrested fishermen along with fishing trawler and fishing gears handed over to the Jaffna Assistant Director of Fisheries for onward legal action.
