Fourteen suspects who were arrested in connection to activities related to Easter Sunday mastermind Mohamed Zahran have been further remanded until August 21.
The remand order was issued by the Kalmunai Magistrate's court yesterday (Aug 7).
During yesterday's hearing, 15 suspects were produced before the court. However, one suspect had been released on bail.
The suspects had been arrested from Kalmunai, Addalaichchenai, Sainthamaruthu, and Sammanthurai.
They had been arrested during ongoing investigations in the aftermath of the Easter Sunday terror attacks on April 21.
