Fuel prices will be decreased from tonight, the Finance Ministry said in a press release today (Sept 10).
A litre of Octane 92 petrol has been decreased by Rs 1 while Octane 95 petrol and Super Diesel would be decreased Rs 02 each, the Finance Ministry said. However, the cost of Auto Diesel would remain unchanged.
According to the Finance Ministry, fuel prices had been decreased after oil prices had dropped in the world market. Prices of fuel are revised in accordance with the government's fuel price formula on the 10th of every month.
