Further inquiry against the leader of the Mahason Balakaya movement has been postponed until August 20 by the Colombo Magistrate's court today (Jul 2).
Amith Weerasinghe, the accused, is alleged to have engaged in activities which disrupt the peace of the public and religious co-existence.
During a hearing today, the Police told Additional Magistrate Shalani Perera that the they have not received a report on the mobile phone of the accused.
Mr Weerasinghe had been arrested for posting content on social media which could damage religious coexistence in the country. He was subsequentally released on bail.
