The Prime Minister's Public Relations Division was declared open today.
The public can file complaints at this unit regarding issues which require the government's attention.
These complaints would be forwarded to the relevant state authorities for action, the Prime Minister's Office said.
The office is located at No 101, R.A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 3.
