The Education Ministry is presently collecting information, especially medical conditions and medical history of students who will be sitting for Grade 5 Scholarship and Advanced Level examinations to be held this month.
All students/parents are requested to upload their information by logging into this website https://info.moe.gov.lk
Those who are unable to provide information online will be required to fill a form at their respective examination centres.
