The Health Ministry is to issue a set of guidelines today (5) on resuming public and private sector activities in high-risk areas identified as 'red zones', Director General of Health Dr. Asela Gunawardena said.
Tuition classes and spas are some activities that will be prohibited in red zones.
President Rajapaksa this week said that the country will not go through a second lockdown due to adverse economic impact.
