Health Ministry is making arrangements to send blood samples of suspected coronavirus patients to a laboratory based in Hong Kong and obtain results within a day, a Health Ministry spokesman said.
“As advanced facilities are available in Hong Kong and it is absolutely necessary to get the confirmed tests, we have made all arrangments to send samples via reliable courier service and get the results within a day,” he said.
Meanwhile, measures are been taken to bring down necessary equipment and chemical substances needed for coronavirus laboratory tests here.
