Heavy rain on expressways; RDA urges motorists to be cautious

The Road Development Authority (RDA) has urged motorists on the expressways to drive cautiously and have their headlights on due to heavy rains currently being experienced in the country. 

Meanwhile, the Met Department has warned of showers or thunder showers over most parts of the island today.
