Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujith Jayasundara have been further remanded over the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks until July 9.
Mr. Fernando and Mr. Jayasundara are currently receiving treatment at the Colombo General Hospital and the Police Hospital respectively. However, they are under custody of prisons officials.
Meanwhile, both parties have been ordered to make submissions before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court on July 5.
