Parliamentarian Hirunika Premachandra was released on bail today by the Colombo High Court in the case over the abduction of a youth last year.
Premachandra and eight others were accused over the abduction and the case was fixed for January next year. A vehicle registered under Premachandra was used in the abduction of the youth. He was later released by the abductors.
