In pics: CID, STF search Rajitha's Colombo residence

News

Criminal Investigation Department and Special Task Force (STF) personnel conducted an extensive search of former Minister Dr Rajitha Senaratne's residence at Stanmore Crescent in Colombo 07 this evening (26).

Members of the STF Bomb Squad were also involved in the search of the former minister's residence.

However, Dr Senaratne was not present at his residence. A warrant has been issued for his arrest over the media conference involving alleged white van abductors held before the last presidential election.
