Former Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, who had been sought by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for arrest over the Central Bank Treasury Bond scam, turned up at the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court on Friday (13) after the Court of Appeal ordered him and other petitioners to appear before the Colombo Magistrate's Court before 4pm that day.
