The St Sebastian's Church in Katuwapitiya was re-consecrated by Colombo Archbishop His Eminence Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith yesterday (Jul 22), three months after the terrorist bombings on April 21.
A special mass and prayer for the repose of the souls who lost their lives in the bombings was also led by the Cardinal yesterday. The St. Sebastian's Church, was one among the three churches which were attacked by the terrorist bombers on Easter Sunday.
