Indian Foreign Secretary arrives

Indian Foreign Secretary Subrahmanyam Jaishankar arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport this morning.

He is expected to meet Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe during his visit. According to reports the foreign secretary is to pave the way for the India-Sri Lanka Joint Commission (ISLJC) meeting, scheduled to be held in Colombo next month.
