Two foreign nationals who were arrested yesterday (Feb 07) over the possession of cocaine have been remanded until February 18.
The suspects were arrested over the possession of 90.78 grams of the said narcotic in Peliyagoda yesterday (Feb 7).
They have been identified as an Israeli and an Italian national aged 25 and 36 respectively.
It has been revealed that the suspects had arrived in the country on a tourist visa and had been engaging in drug peddling.
