The High Court Judge Preethi Padman Surasena took his oaths as a judge of the Court of Appeal before President Maithripala Sirisena, President Media Unit said.The event took place at the Official Residence of the President today.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
