Kanjipaana Imran's mistress 'Kudu Chooti' shot in Kotahena
The mistress of underworld member 'Kanjipaana Imran' has been hospitalised following a shooting in Kotahena yesterday (Feb 14).
The shooting is reported to have been carried out by two unidentified gunmen in Melwatte Road, Kotahena.
Police have identified the victim as 39-year old Asha Bari alias "Kudu Chooti" who is reported to have been engaging in the heroin trade.
The victim had suffered gun shot injuries in the face and the chest, a spokesman for the Colombo General Hospital said.
