The Katunayake Police area has been placed under curfew from 5.00 a.m. tomorrow, a press release from the Department of Information said.
However, Free Trade Zone employees proceeding to work could use their identity card of the respective company and travel to work.
The curfew has been declared to contain the spread of COVID-19.
Meanwhile those travelling to the airport could proceed without any interruption.
