Lawyer for Perpetual Treasuries withdraws

President's Counsel Nihal Fernando, who represents Perpetual Treasuries Limited in the ongoing Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds, has withdrawn with immediate effect.

PC Fernando withdrew from representing Perpetual Treasuries today after making a special statement.
