The case filed against Malaka Silva for allegedly assaulting a British couple was fixed for further hearing on May 21 by the Colombo Magistrate's Court yesterday (Dec 5).

Silva, who is the son of former minister Mervyn Silva has been accused of assaulting the victims at a party in 2014.
