Man nabbed with more than 4000 smuggled cigarettes
A man has been nabbed with more than 4000 smuggled cigarettes in Mattakuliya, police said.
The arrest was carried out by the Organised Crimes Prevention Division of the Special Task Force yesterday.
The suspect was handed over to the Mattakuliya Police for further investigations.
