"The request to postpone the meeting came from the Presidential Secretariat" MP Ganesan told Times Online.
He added that there is a possibility of the President meeting with party members of the SLFP and SLPP today while citing that this might be the reason behind the cancellation of the meeting with the UNF.
"However, tomorrow's meeting is going to be crucial" MP Ganesan further said.
