More than 50 houses damaged in Vavuniya and Mullaitive
Heavy rain and wind in several places in the Vavuniya and Mullaitive districts last night (31) have caused partial damage to 53 houses, office of the disaster management said.
Though there had been damages to houses there had been no reports of harm to people. The disaster relief officers are in the process of collecting information on the damages.
