MP Piyal Nishantha arrives at CID over remarks on Sainthamaruthu explosions
Parliamentarian Piyal Nishantha has arrived at the Criminal Investigations Department regarding alleged false remarks made recently.
Mr. Nishantha, who represents the United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA) had recently stated that security personnel were killed during the explosions at a safehouse in Sainthamaruthu.
Mr Nishantha is currently being questioned over his recent remarks.
