MPs Gamini Jayawickrama Perera and Vijitha Herath were attacked by Government MPs during today's scuffle in Parliament with chillie powder mixed with water.
Meanhwile, MP Vijitha Herath also alleged that he was assaulted by a manuscript of the constitution.
