Former DIG of the Terrorist Investigations Department, Nalaka de Silva who was remanded over an alleged VIP assassination plot has been further remanded till December 19.
The order was issued by Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake when the case was taken up before courts today (Dec 11).
Mr. De Silva has been remanded over the allegad plot to assassinate President Maithripala Sirisena and former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
