UPDATE: Namal Kumara and Amith Weerasinghe arrested over recent riots
Mahason Balakaya leader Amith Weerasinghe and Anti Corruption Force Director Namal Kumara, have been arrested over the recent riots in Kuliyapitiya and Minuwangoda.
The suspects were arrested by a special police team this morning, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said.

Namal Kumara, Anti Corruption Force Director, has been arrested in Warakapola today (May 14).
The arrest was carried out by a special police team this morning.
Mr. Kumara was involved in revealing an alleged conspiracy to assassinate the President and former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
