The national programme to curb the usage of narcotics will be lauched by President Maithripala Sirisena today (Mar 06).
Plans pertaining to the implementation of the programme will be disclosed by the President at a meeting with heads of media institutions today.
The anti-narcotic national programme is to be carried out with the assistance of the tri-forces, Police, the Customs, Excise and the Sri Lanka Coast Guard Departments.
