JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake has said that the proposal for the National Government would be debated tomorrow in Parliament despite resistance from the opposition.
He added that Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe was finding loop holes in the constitution and using them to increase the number of cabinet ministers.
"Those who love the country must defeat this proposal" Mr. Dissanayake added.
Further, he said that it was the duty of the President to defeat this proposal which would cause a further burden on the people since he is vested with the power to appoint ministers.
