Navaloka gets Rs 2.3b Air-Cargo Terminal contract at BIA

Cabinet approval has been granted to initiate the procurement process for the construction of Import Air-Cargo Terminal at the Bandaranayake International Airport - Phase 1.

Competitive bids have been called accordingly and considering the recommendation of Procurement Appeal Board the cabinet of ministers approved the proposal presented by Minister of Tourism to award the contract to Nawaloka Constructions Ltd for Rs.2.37 billion.
