Navy arrest two suspects with nearly 2 kg of Kerala cannabis in Rathgama
Two persons were arrested by Navy personnel in Rathgama while transporting 1.76 kilograms of kerala cannabis yesterday (Mar 03).
The suspects were arrested while they were were transporting the said narcotic by concealing it in a motorcycle.
Navy personnel have identified the suspects as 30 and 21-year old residents of Dodanduwa, Madura.
Steps were taken to handover the cannabis and the motorcycle to the Rathgama police for further investigations.
