Former Lieutenant Commander Chandana Prasad Hettiarachchi alias 'Navy Sampath' has been further remanded until December 19.
'Navy Sampath' has been in remand since August 15 over the alleged abduction and dissapearance of eleven youths in 2008.
The order was issued by the Fort Magistrate, Ranga Dissanayake when the case was taken up before court today (Dec 05).
