New appointments in SLFP
Minister of State for Finance, Lakshman Yapa Abeywardana has been appointed to the post of leader for the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) for the Matara district. He received his appointment letter from President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday at the President’s Office.
Meanwhile Western Province Minister Gamini Thilakasiri was appointedas the Sri Lanka Freedom Party’s (SLFP) Organizer for Homagama electorate by President Sirisena yesterday. He received his appointment letter from the President at the President’s Office.
