The Chinese government with the concurrence of the Sri Lankan government has appointed Qi Zhenhong as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Sri Lanka in succession Cheng Xueyuan, Foreign Ministry said.
He has presented credentials to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today at 11.00 a.m. at President's House, Colombo 01.
