New Foreign Secretary appointed
Chithranganie Wagiswara, a senior Foreign Service official has been appointed as the new Foreign Secretary of the External Affairs ministry today. Meanwhile the Minister of External Affairs Mangala Samaraweera, and the Deputy Minister of the Ministry Ajith P. Perera have assumed their duties today morning.
