New IGP called on President
Senior DIG Pujith Jayasundara who assumed duties as the 34th Inspector General of Police (IGP) called on President Maithripala Sirisena at the President’s Official Residence today.
Senior DIG Pujith Jayasundara met the President to formally inform that he assumed duties as the Inspector General of Police. During the meeting the President expressed his best wishes to the new IGP and presented a memento to him.
