A Nigerian national was arrested without a valid visa in Meegamuwa yesterday (May 30).
According to the Police, the suspect has been identified as a 27-year old.
He is due to be produced before the Meegamuwa Magistrate's Court today.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
