A night bus service is to be introduced to Colombo and its sub urban areas, local media reported. A total of 29 buses have been utilized for this service which will commence journey from Colombo Fort at 10 p.m. and will travel to IDH, Avissawella, Ingiriya, Kesbewa . Maharagama , Mattegoda , Mattakkuliya , Hanwella , Moratuwa, Mount -Lavinia, Kaduwela , Meegoda and Nugegoda. Meanwhile, this bus service will also journey from Fort to Aluthgama, Matugama, Horana, Panadura, Nittambuwa, Delgoda, Kadawatha, Negombo, Gampaha, Ragama, Ja-Ela, Panadura and Kirindiwela.
