UPDATE: The no-confidence motion against Minister Rishad Bathiudeen was handed over by the Joint Opposition to Speaker Karu Jayasuriya a short while ago.
The motion was handed over to the Speaker consisting 64 signatures of opposition parliamentarians, the Speaker's Office said in a press release.
