President Maithripala Sirisena ruled out the nominations for the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa in the upcoming General Election from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) ticket, Cabinet Spokesman Minister Rajitha Senaratne said today. Minister Senaratne said President Sirisena refused to accomadate him through the national list also.This was conveyed to a six-member SLFP committee appointed to hold discussions between the two factions within the party.
