Northern Governor Suren Raghavan has decided to hold talks with the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) over problems concerning the construction of 5G towers in the North.
This decision had been taken after Northern residents had complained over the construction of these towers, the Governor’s office said.
A meeting had been chaired between the Northern Governor’s Secretary and Co-ordinating Secretary along with officials from the local authorities in the area over this matter today (Jul 8).
Meanwhile, the Governor’s office also refuted social media reports claiming that the Governor had suspended the project for 10 days.
