In remembrance of fallen war heroes of three forces and the Police, a pompous ceremony organized by the Ranaviru Seva Authority and Northern Governor’s office in coordination with Headquarters Security Force Jaffna was held toda at the Palaly War Hero Monument with participation of religious leaders, a distinguished crowd and military and Police personnel serving in the Northern Province.
