Nuwara Eliya Flower Show declared open

The annual 'Flower Show,' which is held each year as part of the Nuwara Eliya Sping Festival, was declared open today (20) by Plantation Minister Navin Dissanayake. 

The Flower Show has been organized by the Nuwara Eliya Municipal Council under the direction of Mayor Chandana Lal Karunaratne.
