The Outer Circular Highway (OCH) between Kerawalapitiya and Kadwatha will be declared open today (Nov 6) the Road Development Authority (RDA) said.
This would allow those using the Southern Highway to travel to the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake.
A senior RDA official noted that the public would be able to use the OCH from next week onwards.
