One held with 4 kg of Kerala Cannabis
A group of naval personnel in coordination with Negombo Police apprehended a person with 4 kg of Kerala Cannabis in Negombo follwoing a tipp-off yesterday. The arrested person and cannabis were handed over to the Negombo Police for onward legal action.
